Terms of Service

1. Paddle, our merchant of record

Paddle.com is the Merchant of Record for all our orders. Refunds are processed through Paddle under Paddle’s Refund Policy, and Paddle’s Buyer Terms also apply to your purchase. You can request a refund at paddle.net.

2. If something's wrong

If something’s wrong, we’ll fix it or refund you. Contact support@valebooklet.com with the details so we can help.

3. Check everything before you buy

Design and preview are free. You can check your proof in full before purchasing.

4. Digital content and cancellation rights (EU/UK)

Booklet and slideshow downloads are digital content supplied immediately after payment. If you are a consumer in the EU or UK, you have a 14-day right to withdraw, but by asking us to unlock your files straight away you consent to immediate supply and acknowledge that you lose that right once the download or export is unlocked. This doesn't affect your rights if the content is faulty.

This acknowledgement does not limit any separate refund rights under Paddle’s Refund Policy or your non-excludable consumer rights, including Australian Consumer Law guarantees.

5. Funeral-home subscriptions

You may cancel at any time through “Manage billing” (the Paddle customer portal) or by contacting support@valebooklet.com. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the paid billing period, with no further renewal. Refunds are handled through Paddle under its refund policy and applicable law.

6. Your consumer rights

Nothing in these terms excludes, restricts or modifies rights or remedies under the Australian Consumer Law or other non-excludable consumer laws. If a service has a major failure, you may be entitled to cancel and receive a refund, and to compensation for reasonably foreseeable loss. For other failures, you may be entitled to a remedy within a reasonable time.
